Can anyone tell if the pension card below belongs to the same man? Same date of death and similar age (born 1874), although I suppose the name is fairly common. He was discharged on 12/09/1918 due to gas poisioning. So he may have re-enlisted or it could just be coincidence, but I can't find any evidence to say one way or another. Based just on what we have (this card and the pension ledger) I'd have said no as the case was with region 5 (Wales) when the man died but I can't see any obvious death for him in Wales. PaulC78 Posted 28 December , 2022 Share Posted 28 December , 2022 Thanks chaps. I tried to trace a marriage for Rachel Wright & Pugh but came up blank. Nothing conclusive in the census records, though I really don't have enough information to work with. There don't seem to be any other death records that would fit besides the one in Dublin.
