Hugh Pattenden Posted 26 November , 2004 Share Posted 26 November , 2004 Hi, I was wondering where to go to get hold of Red Cross Records on men killed in the war. Do such records exist? If so how much information do they contain? Thanks, Hugh.
manxman Posted 27 November , 2004 Share Posted 27 November , 2004 Don't know whether they kept records of fatalities but POW records can be ordered for a fee via www.cicr.org

Sparky53 Posted 27 November , 2004 Share Posted 27 November , 2004 Does anyone know how much it costs?
JulianB Posted 27 November , 2004 Share Posted 27 November , 2004 80 Swiss Francs per hour, they do a minumum of 2 hours and a maximum of 4. (They are looking up PoW records for me, thanks to Leigh I won't expect anything until January - slightly quicker than the APC in Glasgow !!!)
