Cavalry Journal on the net?

Hi all!

Does anyone know if the Cavalry Journal from the years 1920-1923 is available on the net? I'm searching for several articles there regarding the mounted activities of the E.E.F.

Eran - I don't know the answer. But if someone knows where there are hard copies I will try and get them copied for you.

Full set in the Officers' Mess of a well-known cavalry outfit in Tidworth, I think. The editor at the time was a well-known Cherrypicker.

In that case I can easily go and get copies made. Thank you Steven.

I wish they'd move the ruddy things to the Archives :( . They'd get a jolly good reception there. :hypocrite:

Gareth & Steven,

Many thanks. I am mostly interested in the articles regarding the E.E.F. / Palestine campaign. There are a few there.

There is an index to the articles in the Cavalry Journal for Volume I to Volume 23 (Volumes 1-9 1906-1914 Publication suspended during War, Volume 10 probably 1920, Vols 11-22 1921-1932), in the following link

This is from the website British & Irish Archaeological Bibliography. There appears to be access to the articles through a dataset MullinsAccess, but whether this is connected with the website I do not know, and I have not otherwise heard of it.

This publication is also available online on the Hathi Trust Digital Library on a restricted basis, probably accessible to those in North America for publications up to 1923.

Any publicly accessible copies anywhere? - I'd also be interested if there were any East Riding Yeomanry related articles.
