As stated next to it, you can only upload up to 250 KB so you need to resize the picture to that or less if it's larger (which it almost certainly will be). If you don't know how to resize files, say so here and next time I log on I'll pm you my email add, you can send me the file, I'll resize it and post the picture for you. (You won't be able to message me as you haven't got enough posts yet, you need something like 5 or 10 posts to do that.) But please do try first rather than just asking!
