I, 2nd Type; one bears (rack) number 235; while the other has 3(8)(3)? The sellers are ~1,000 miles apart. What are the odds.... ? Funny how there are a lot of bayonets on the market these days which are marked to certain battalions / regiments. I've just acquired my third bayonet marked to the 5rd Bavarian IR - can't fathom how so many of those bayonets are left in existence given that regiments history...
