Grovetown Posted 1 December , 2004 Share Posted 1 December , 2004 A family name I'm hunting for medals etc to. Lost at sea December 18th 1917: Remembered on the Tower Hill Memorial, London. SS Coningbeg was sunk by U-62 – with the loss of 83 lives – while returning to Waterford from Liverpool.
