It appears that the Digital Library of India is developing a new website where all the files are pdfs , as compared to the old website where all the images were in TIFF format, and only one page at a time could be viewed. It appears some/all the files are being converted to pdfs. At times however, not much information about the book is given in the catalogue details.

Looking at the old website, and the books in the TIFF format, it appears that the link you have given is History of the Great War: Military Operations, Egypt & Palestine: Volume 2, From June 1917 to the End of the War Part II by Cyril Falls 1930

Other volumes in this series are From the Outbreak of War with Germany to June 1917 by Lieut-General Sir George MacMunn and Captain Cyril Falls HMSO 1928 Volume 2 June 1917 to the End of the War: Part 1by Cyril B Falls 1930, also from the Digital Library of India. However, most of the title details are not catalogued
