Neill Gilhooley Posted 17 August , 2015 Share Posted 17 August , 2015 Does anyone know who was in command of the Black Watch Brigade on mobilisation?I see that Scottish Coastal Defences (Infantry) were under Major General F.C. Heath-Caldwell, and Lothian Brigade under Brig. Gen. H.F. Kays, but I'm missing O.C. Black Watch Brigade.Sources: Rinaldi, Richard A., ‘Order of Battle of the British Army 1914’, 2008http://marksrussianmilitaryhistory.info/BRIT14.html#TFINFANTRYhttp://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Black_Watch_Brigadehttps://web.archive.org/web/20120204081124/http://www.warpath.orbat.com/misc_units/coast_def.htm#scottish
