NO.4 Section was based in Shaibah, 14 miles south of Basrah. It was equipped with the famous Rolls Royce Armoured Cars with a Vickers Machine Gun mounted in the turret. Starlight Posted 31 December , 2020 Share Posted 31 December , 2020 Though it may take a bit of searching, the Akkasah Centre for Photography (New York University Abu Dhabi) is in the process of digitising several albums in its possession, containing photographs taken by RAF personnel from 1910 through to the 'forties.
