Elsewhere (http://www.worthpoint.com/worthopedia/pre-ww2-british-rolls-royce-armoured-531971633) this is described as Iraq 1920: Number 1 Armoured Car Company RAF, No.4 Section, No.33, Her Majesty's Armoured Car (HMAC) "TIGRIS".

NO.4 Section was based in Shaibah, 14 miles south of Basrah. It was equipped with the famous Rolls Royce Armoured Cars with a Vickers Machine Gun mounted in the turret. The Company duties was performing airfield defence duties, route clearance and reconnaissance as well as being a Quick Reaction Force (QRF) .

Though it may take a bit of searching, the Akkasah Centre for Photography (New York University Abu Dhabi) is in the process of digitising several albums in its possession, containing photographs taken by RAF personnel from 1910 through to the 'forties.
