brianmorris547 Posted 18 June , 2015 Share Posted 18 June , 2015 In the July 1916 WD of 64 Field Company RE is a 1:20,000 map of Montauban. On Ancestry it is on page 199 of 439. It is attached to Operational Order No 46 of the 1st South African Infantry Brigade (p 196) which is dated 10/07/1916. The trenches are shown as on 02/06/1916 but it has been up dated in the 9 Div area from 01/07. The map names all trenches from La Boisselle to north of Maricourt and has more detail than others I have seen on NLS. Brian Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
