AOK4 Posted 8 May , 2003 Share Posted 8 May , 2003 Chris, The 52e Régiment d'Infantérie belonged to the 27e Division d'Infantérie (54e Brigade). After some initial fighting in the Vosges (Lépanges), the division was transported near the end of September by train. It fought near Vermandovillers, Chaulnes and Lihons, where the front stabilized.
