no, it is not my cousin... Just very professionnal persons and there is an other "La Prairie", rue Albert 1er at Béthune held by the father...

They are realy specialists.

Then when you have your cheese, a few doors down you can choose a beer from the massive selection held by Le Cellier des Arcades.
