Remembered Today:

Where to shoot live weapons WW1

I would think it depends upon whether you want to do it as a 'one off' or whether you want to try rifle shooting as a hobby. Bisley has I believe, range days which are open to the public.

In my experience most British Rifle clubs will have members who shoot vintage firearms exclusively, others will shoot modern stuff or a mixture. If you contact a club they may sign you up with a membership that would allow you to be taught how to shoot and maybe use some vintage rifles.

Sorry but we haven't run one of those for almost two years now. Currently, there will not be an Open Day this year either.

As to ongoing shooting we have discussed HBSA and LERA in the past.
