Need help with Script mark on 84/98 Bayonet

I posted an inquiry this past week asking what you all thought that I had in my presumablely unmarked German bayonet. The answers that I received from you were greatly appreciated and very informative. However, as usually the case with newly learned knowledge it has opened the door to further questions and I am hoping that someone here can help answer these.

On advise received I was instructed to "carefully" remove the grips and look for something there. This was an easy task as the knife is in brand new condition and the screws turned with no trouble. Under the grip area on the bayonet on one side is found either the fancy script letter W or M with the letter 2 above (or below) turned on it's side. On the other side of the knife under the grip area there is a mark which what can only be described as the tops of two exclaimation marks side by side and the second one has been re-struck with the letter C. At the bottom of the blade in an area also hidden by the grips are three parallal lines which I have been told is really a stylized eagle and swastika and below this mark are the numbers WaA 519. These are the only marks found on either the bayonet or the scabbard. The bakelite grips bear the letter G and 19 under one and the letter G and 6 under the other. They are clearly the later models as they are the more red color with what appears to be a grain showing.

With a little reasoning this bayonet appears to be a 1942 (the 2 by the script M or W relates to this) asw made product (this being told to me by one of your collectors) The WaA 519 agrees with the 1942 date as does the color of the bakelit grips. We also think that this knife and scabbard bear no other marks because they were never issued. Probably sent to the German Army from a contract with an outside agency that was not under the control of the Wehrmacht and it was simply stored someplace until the end of the War. At that time it was brought to the US as a souviner and has been stored on my father's gun shelf ever since.

Now, does anyone have knowledge as to what the Script M or W is? I would also like to learn what the value of this extra clean bayonet might be. It has never been sharpened and shows no dings or other wear. I am attaching photos. Thanks again, a country girl in California
