Ron Clifton Posted 2 December , 2014 Share Posted 2 December , 2014 Hello Hilda, and welcome to the Forum! TA Reg would be the Territorial Army Regulations, which dates it to after 1920. Before that the TA was called the Territorial Force and had TF Regs. If the documents relate to his discharge, VG probably means very good, his character assessment.
