Noticed in red above (25/11) the soldier, Sanderson, who was buried at Tallarook and it piqued my interest. Tallarook is a lovely Victorian country town just off the current Hume Highway.

To see an Australian on this list at such an early stage of the war did fascinate me so I perused his records. He died of Measles, poor fellow.
