Ypres area if possible Julian Julian, Here a 4 photographs of the British 4.5 Howitzer in action during WW1 :- No. 1 " Gunners of the Royal Field Artillery, have a cigarette break at a 4.5 inch howitzer emplacement at Thiepval in September 1916.
