Guest abram577 Posted 1 November , 2014 Share Posted 1 November , 2014 I'm hoping members here may be able to tell me a bit more about this postcard I bought a while ago.i'm assuming its some sort of recruitment drive?Pals maybe?The piled rifles are four Martini henry's and one Long lee.The object behind the men looks like it could be lifted to reveal something and appears to have bullet holes in it.There is also what looks like a 'God save the King banner upper left.This coulnt have been the only photo taken at this event.Thanks for looking.
