MBrockway Posted 3 November , 2014 Share Posted 3 November , 2014 Here you are.CLB Batt KRRC Pearson2.jpg For information none of these original senior officers of 16/KRRC were actually former 60th riflemen. Lt-Col C.P.W. Kindersley-Porcher (OC) - ex Coldstream Guards Major C.E. Wyld (2iC) - also ex Coldstream Guards Major.F. Sitwell (Adjutant) - ex DLI Kindersley-Porcher resigned due to ill health in Jul 1915 and Major Wyld assumed command of the battalion in his place. Kindersley-Porcher had commanded the CLB's South-Western District Camp for many years and was commanding officer of the CLB's Exeter Regiment. I do not know whether either of the other two had connections with the Church Lads Brigade. Certainly some of the junior officers came from CLB backgrounds.
