Bayonet has no markings except on the handle . Round nut at end for attaching and metal and wooden handle . The case I metal with like a ball on the end of point please help

I suspect no one will no without more information.- posting a photo or at least a drawing might help, then someone might know something but bear in mind this isn't a free valuation service for dealers

It looks like this but I'm not sure as only has serial number on handle

I came across in a trunk . With boots helmet fake stick Bomb . Smock and k98 original ammo pouches

I've got one like that - my aunt picked it up in Paris in 1944 - by the numbers stamped on it it's obviously been reissued so I suspect a WW1 one originally. We have some real bayonet collectors who'll be along shortly I suspect - I've just got family souvenirs

Attached pictures of a 1914. Does yours have the fractur mark (see picture) on the spine?

Looks interesting. Would you give us details of the serial number? I am currently sailing at sea, a long way from books and often the internet and so can't properly search, but seems to be a 1914. Any marks on the ricasso?
