Frank was awarded The Military Medal 3 October 1918: 'From Headquarters, Fourth Army To No 700446 Private F J Watts, London Regiment, attached French Mortar Battery I congratulate you on the gallantry and devotion to duty for which you have been awarded The Military Medal. I had searched and searched and not found him. I wonder why it doesn't say Military Medal, and why it was at the beginning of the following year. You will need to go back through the pages to find the announcement.
