Langdon Posted 31 July , 2014 Share Posted 31 July , 2014 As CWGC says he was in the 31st Field Ambulance, which was with the 10th Irish Division, it's likely he sailed out of Liverpool (his birthplace and where he enlisted) on the "Alaunia" on July 7th and landed at Gallipoli via Mudros on 6th/7th August as per his MIC. But difficult to know which hospital ship was taking him and its destination. Perhaps the 31st War Diaries here might have something..
