midshipmanrayley Posted 29 June , 2014 Share Posted 29 June , 2014 Stuck in a rut researching Louis Andrew Bunn, 1886 to 1966, (sometimes Louis Andrews Bunn), his partially burnt papers are online and appear to show him joining 10th Norfolk Regiment in 1916 as private 8058. Searched through various census returns and found his surname confusingly transcribed as Burn. Tried searching medal card index using combinations of Bunn and Burn without success. Any suggestions or guidance would be very welcome.
