NigelS Posted 26 June , 2014 Share Posted 26 June , 2014 (edited) An articles & a press release from UK.Gov about the unveiling today (26th June '14) at Lancaster House, by baroness Warsi, of the eleven plaques for the 175 foreign WW1 VC winners Britain honours Belgian Victoria Cross recipient from the First World War & Britain honours Overseas Heroes from the First World War A document giving details of the plaques and profiles of some of the VC winners has also been published & is available as a pdf file (4.7Mb) 'WW1 Victoria Cross recipients from overseas' Edited to read 'and profiles of some of the VC winners' above. As their bravery warrants it, a pity that more, if not all, weren't included.
