Is this the Uniform of the 10th Hussars

Grateful for confirmation of the enclosed Calvary Man, and his rank if possible.I have reduced the splendid photo to half size.

Regards

No. I'd suspect he's german - no british Hussar regiment wore the death's head. It was the motto (badge) of the 17th Lancers, but not on a busby.

Is it Little Willie (Wilhelm's heir)? He appears to be wearing at least one British Order on his uniform, and it looks a familiar face and stance. he was Colonel in Chief of the 11th Hussars in 1914 and I've seen a few pictures of him.

The uniform is, I suspect, something like one of the Lieb Husaren regiments.
