phil1963 Posted 17 June , 2014 Share Posted 17 June , 2014 Can anybody add anything please to this gent's life/career? C. Green’s killed in the Great War although C.W.G.C. records do not have a first name for him. He was a Gunner in the Royal Garrison Artillery, died on October 1st 1915 and was the husband of E.J. Shaw (formerly Green), of 37 De Laune Street, Kennington, London and is buried in Pas de Calais, France. Ancestry in inaccessible at the library in Somerset where I find myself!
