Phil Wood Posted 16 June , 2014 Share Posted 16 June , 2014 Hi the picture is the best I can get of a set worn by an Old Contemptible in a 1930s Remembrance Sunday parade. I can't figure out what the medal is to the left (his right) of the 1914 Star. Others are wearing DCMs, MMs, MCs, but this doesn't look like any of those (thought the ribbin is a bit DCMish). I assume it is a British gallantry award owing to it being worn where it is?

Old Owl Posted 17 June , 2014 Share Posted 17 June , 2014 I agree that this is almost certainly the Queen's South Africa medal with two clasps.
