Just keep an eye out in the second hand book shops and junk stalls, etc. You might find the occasional one. I can't think of any dealers who can help (Turner Donavon Military books, usually has a selection, but they're usually pretty dire "miles behind the lines with a practice trench" examples, and usually France). I'd stay clear of dealers anyway, to be honest. The prices have become ridiculous lately. Ebay usually has one or two (rarely the Salient, though), but there are a few bidders putting (in my opinion) idiotic bids on them at the moment (yes, I've been guilty myself - fingers burned, lesson learned!). Whatever you're looking for, they're getting rare now. Dave.
