Can anyone find what regiment HAROLD ALBERT JENNER No41308 of Sussex was in please,born around 1899. He was in the rifle brigade but have no more info on him. Thanks

Cheers Andy,I looked on ancestry,I couldn't find anything else about him- I might have bungled the search ! Also are you a bit of an authority on rifle brigade ? Would the 1st battalion have another name such as Sussex rgt or would they be totally separate

Yikes, the very thought. The Sussex Regiment is completely seperate, a Regiment in it's own rite. Not so sure about an authority on The Rifle Brigade, however it is the Regiment that I spend a lot of time researching, too much time, having been led down this path by an old friend who was a Rifle Brigade/Green Jacket officer and I still regularly meet with old RB men for a chin wag and a pint.
