LinaMoffitt Posted 12 April , 2014 Share Posted 12 April , 2014 HI all OK if a doctor joined the RAMC June 1915, trained at Bulford and shipped out from England in July to the Dardenelles and then ended up in Salonika early to mid 1916 would that be the 10th Irish Division? or are there other possibilities? If so does anyone have the diaries for 30th and 31st field ambulances? they arent digitized yet. thanks Lina
AndyR Posted 13 April , 2014 Share Posted 13 April , 2014 Hi Lina Not much to go on ... 10th Irish were training at Basingstoke in June and yes July is right for Dardanelles - but then they moved to Salonika in October so an arrival in early 1916 is too late for them Andy
