Most have been started by individuals, like myself. With an interest in history or genuine curiosity. But when getting to the expensive bit presenting either as an exhibition, Book or Website. we all hit the big money problem and Heritage Lottery won't give to individuals. I've been lucky in that My project has been taken up by the local CofE Church. But how have others worked out the problem of financing There projects or have people cut back on what they are doing?
