The one on the right is the National Defence Medal with bar for armoured troops.

The medal with the yellow-and-red ribbon is the Tunisian Order of Nichan Iftikar, probably fourth class. Sources differ as to whether the name translates to Order of Glory or Order of Victory and to the date upon when the order was founded, suggestions being 1831 by Husain bin Mahmud Bey, 20 May 1835 by the Bey Mustafa of Tunisia or 1837 by the Bey of Tunis. It would have been awarded together with a Certificate confirming the class of the order.
