My great-Grandfather was a professional soldier for 16 years, Pte Robert Green, 8172, and was attached to 1Bn WYO. He's mentioned in the August 1914 roll call and is transferred to the vetinary Corps (1161 & 1611) and Royal Fusilliers (GS/134648). He's awarded the MM in 1916 and is mentioned in the London Gazette.After the War he serves in Ireland, and then with the 2nd Bn, India (possibly Kurdistan too).I have sourced everything I can access and was wondering if anybody would be able to help me access service history of any time in his career?Thank you for your time.
