mhifle Posted 10 January , 2014 Share Posted 10 January , 2014 I am looking at the Service Record of no,75395 Gunner Frederick Adams, 114th Heavy Battery, Royal Garrison Artillery who was killed in action 23 April 1917. I was wondering if anyone would know where the 114th Heavy Battery would have been at this time? Regards Mark
ororkep Posted 10 January , 2014 Share Posted 10 January , 2014 Mark, The Heavy Arty Group HQ (73 HAG) was at Mercatel, the group OP was established SW of Wancourt, and 114 HB had moved up to a position NE of Saint Martin sur Cojeul on the 16.4.17.
