GraemeClarke Posted 20 December , 2013 Share Posted 20 December , 2013 Hi A total 'long shot' I fear but someone may be able to help. I'm looking at Gunner 1629 George Henry Beech, 4th (Staffordshire) Battery, North Midland Brigade, Royal Field Artillery who 'died' on Sunday 5 December 1915 and is buried in St. Venant Communal Cemetery. According to his MiC he 'drowned'. Any ideas at all as to what happened ?? many thanks, Graeme
