This man I have as being killed in a flying accident At RNAS Manston on the 6th of April 1918. "Flight" of 18 April 1918 carried the announcement: Flight Sub-Lieutenant HOWARD RAYMOND GILLETT, R.N.A.S., who was killed on March 6th whilst flying in Kent, at the age of 18, was the only child of Mr. and Mrs. Raymond Gillett, 101, Broadhurst Gardens, N.W.6.
