ricko Posted 5 December , 2013 Share Posted 5 December , 2013 Hi I am researching a Joe Bruce Harmon (b.1897), 111081, Royal Warwickshire Regt Remount Squadron ASC. I am fairly sure that I can read on his record that he was awarded the DCM, but I can't find any reference to it in the London Gazette. Any help is much appreciated. Cheers

hintonbelle Posted 24 April , 2014 Share Posted 24 April , 2014 Hi, I am interested to read that you are researching Joe Harmon. He comes from our parish and is one of the soldiers we have researched in connection with our WW1 commemoration project. I think from your comments you have already tracked down his service record and the DCM citation but I may be able to help with other local information. And if you have any personal information or photos, I would be delighted to hear from you. Thanks. Karin
