Rockdoc Posted 27 November , 2013 Share Posted 27 November , 2013 I keep coming across this term in the Salonika AA Diaries and I'm not sure what it means. The impression I get is that these rounds were not intended as normal, AA fire but to attract the attention of a friendly aircraft to the presence of an enemy machine. Has anyone any better ideas?
