"Every Scout to Save a Soldier" Gorham medal

Morning all,

I was given this as part of a WWI Commenorative archive I'm adding to. From what I can glean, it's called a Gorham Medal, and was used by the US Treasury to reward boy scouts who sold war bonds in 1917.

Here's the front and back - uncleaned as yet.

Could any pals add to this info please?
