duncanpowell Posted 19 November , 2013 Share Posted 19 November , 2013 Is there any way of finding out where 1/6th KLR graves of unidentified soldiers in Ypres area could be? My great uncle is commemorated on the Menin Gate, having been killed at between Zillebeke und Hill 60 5.5.15. I understand his gravestone (if indeed he has one, of course his body may never have been found) would have the Lancaster Rose with the Rifles' Bugle insignia, rather than the Horse of Hannover of the KLR Regiment, or the Stork and Child of the Pals battalions. After that, I'm stuck! Have been to all the cemeteries in and SE of Ypres. Any ideas gratefully received! Thanks, Duncan
