According to Hansard online http://hansard.millbanksystems.com/commons/1918/mar/21/larbert-asylum-naval-hospital it was about to be taken in to service as a naval hospital in March 1918, having formerly been an asylum; but otherwise the only surviving mentions seem to be the staff detailed in the Navy List.
