Isn't it odd - a few weeks ago there was a thread started by someone moaning aboout Amazon having the cheek to send him advertising e-mails. However, had Amazon not sent me an e-mail advertising this book I would possibly not have heard of it, and certainly not have started this thread. Now it is possible everyome would have heard of this splendid book off their own bats, but really this does go to show that advertising isn't all bad.

I think some people are complainers, it's probably in their DNA. My experience is that those who moan most publicly are also those who try to throw their weight around most. Best ignored.
