Can Anyone help reading Medal index cards?

William Edward Lee was a Cpl in the Gloucestershire regt, entered France on 4th Oct 1915 and was killed in action on the 13th Oct 1915

Son of Walter and Mary Lee, of 24, Falcon Grove, Battersea, London, he was 19 when he was killed. he is commemorated on the Loos Memorial.

he is entitled to the british war medal, the victory medal and the 1915 star
