Steven Broomfield Posted 10 November , 2013 Share Posted 10 November , 2013 I am currently trying to put together a talk on the 11th Hussars (PAO) in 1914. As part of this I would very much like a photo of their point of departure - Warburg Barracks, Aldershot. Does anyone have any picture(s) I could use? I also appreciate I should know this, but are any parts of the barracks still extant?
HERITAGE PLUS Posted 10 November , 2013 Share Posted 10 November , 2013 I could be wrong but I think that the site of Warburg Barracks is now occupied by Princes Hall and Car Park. Dave
Steven Broomfield Posted 10 November , 2013 Author Share Posted 10 November , 2013 Is that the ghastly excrescence which houses the Aldershot Military Book Fairs?
