Admin ss002d6252 Posted 6 November , 2013 Admin Share Posted 6 November , 2013 It can depend on the clerk whether they put date of departure or arrival. Especially if going across the channel a lot of ships moved overnight so men left on one day and arrived on the next - the 6th DLI, for example, moved overseas across the 19/20 April 1915 - some MIC's state the 19th and some state the 20th.
