Old Owl Posted 5 November , 2013 Share Posted 5 November , 2013 Hi Tony, Looks like he's a Territorial with a 4 figure number like that, so either 4th, 5th, 6th or 7th Bn. I'll see what else I can find. Robert

Tony Hi Tony, A pint of Timothy Taylor's Landlord will do nicely thanks As John has found him as 6th Bn member, then he is most likely a Newcastle lad or at least from close by Robert

Wollyback Posted 6 November , 2013 Author Share Posted 6 November , 2013 here's the roll sheet MGC 14/15 Star 1333. regards John Thanking you again, John - as you know, I'm a bit of a novice at all this so when I read 'disembodied' I was rather concerned ... but you'd have been proud of me - I looked it up!! All goes into that small, but increasing pot (or perhaps, saucer) of knowledge. All the best Tony

Hi Graham - much appreciated, I had originally thought things hadn't gone as well as that for Harry (see my reply to John). I always feel a bit guilty that the help is always one way in my regard on this forum, but hopefully the mirth occasioned by my shocking ignorance will hopefully provide some small recompense lol!!! Thanks again Best Wishes Tony
