Researching Pte B Hill, 98983, Durham Light Infantry, date of death 26 July 1919. His military stone is at Gwaelod y Brithdir cemetery, unfortunately I failed to find any records on Ancestry or FMP. Can anyone help?

Regards, Roy

I have just returned home from my local library and what ever I am doing wrong I still can't find him. I searched through 5333 entries and still failed. I tried searching on B. Hill, Bert Hill and Bertie Hill and using seperate Keynote of 98983, Durham Light Infantry, DLI and Brithidr but still nothing. Is there any chance you could send me the 8 pages via PM, or if you prefer, I could PM my home address. I'd appreciate if you could tell me how you found him; I wonder if the library edition is different and that's the reason I have trouble?

Apologies if I slightly misled you in my post, I should have wrote pension documents

as opposed to service documents

8 pages of pension doc on Ancestry which also include details of his service with the DLI

Roy you are unable to receive pm's is your inbox full ?
