Transcribing assistance required of location names

I posted this yesterday morning under a different heading so thought I’d try again. Apologizes if you are one of the 13 who have already read this post.

I am transcribing Parish returns for the “Somerset Remembers” project and I am unable to make out the two locations George Irwin won his Military Medal. Do the names look familiar to any Pal?

Jussy and Mennessis are villages on the St Quentin Canal

When I googled mapped Jussy prior to posting the only result that was returned was in Switzerland. Jussy, France returns the correct location in the Mennessis area.

The mention of 54 Division in the script took my eye initially and I was exploring the hinterland of Egypt and Palestine,which is here said Division operated !

No wonder I didn't find these places.
