I am having a bit of a job deciphering the hand writing.

Name Reynolds? Regiment?

I can read the punishment but don't understand what it means,

Any help gratefully recieved.

He has a MIC which helps confirm a few things

http://discovery.nationalarchives.gov.uk/SearchUI/s/res?_col=online&_q=reynolds+7078*

Medal card of Reynolds, Frederick Charles

Corps - Royal Field Artillery

Regiment No - 70784

Rank - Unpaid Lance Bombardier/Gunner

On both occasions he was given 168 hours detention (basically he was locked up), and on the first occasion had to pay for the deficiencies in his kit (and what looks like "barrack utensils" maybe?), for which he forfeited 4 days pay.
