MaureenE Posted 18 October , 2013 Share Posted 18 October , 2013 I recently came across a book on archive.org called Record of services given and honours attained by members of the Chinese Customs Service, War 1914-1918 Published 1922, Shanghai http://archive.org/stream/cu31924023172640#page/n5/mode/2up The first page lists the names of those who died. The rest of the book describes the war services of those who survived. Some were associated with the Chinese Labour Corps. Others joined regiments in the British, French or other Armies, or the Navy. Some initially joined Colonial Infantry regiments in China, or a Régiment d’Infanterie Coloniale in China. (It’s not clear whether these are the same regiments or different ones) Cheers Maureen
